This year we’re choosing to be intentional about our self-care during the holidays and we’re inviting you to do the same.
Join us for a 5-week prenatal yoga series focusing on calming your mind, connecting with your body and your baby, and restoring your energy. Each week your instructor, Rebecca Garry, will guide you with breath, meditations, and yoga practice to ensure you leave feeling rejuvenated and have the tools to navigate the holiday season.

Week 1. INTUITION
A practice to work on staying connected to yourself when surrounded by lots of family and friends.
Week 2. REVITALIZE
Deal with exhaustion, stress, and disrupted joints and digestion.
Week 3. PRESENCE
Slow down and connect with your breath to fully embrace this season of your life.
Week 4. PEACE
A full restorative/yin class to completely relax and fill your cup.
