Group Prenatal Gatherings are exclusively for our birth doula clients and cover a variety of topics. Partners are always welcome and refreshments will be served.
Phyllis will share in particular how acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine can benefit moms and babies prenatally, in labor and postpartum. Then we will explore what items you may want in your personal labor toolkit: everything from massage tools to essential oils to cold packs. PLUS, we'll all get to take turns trying everything out! This will be an interactive and informative topic that will help you get ready for labor.
