Our guest this week: is not really a guest at all! It's Stephanie Spitzer-Hanks, AustinBorn's Lactation Counselor (and birth doula).

Stephanie will help us identify the most important things to keep in mind when beginning your breastfeeding relationship with your new baby. She will help you see how much your baby already knows and how to encourage baby to latch deeply and painlessly onto the breast from the get-go.
