The Breastfeeding Cafe support group meets weekly and is facilitated by our own in-house certified lactation counselor. There’s no need to be shy in this group—get your questions answered and worries soothed. Feed, change, tend to your baby as needed at any time during a group.  Light refreshments provided.

• Weekly group meeting for breastfeeding moms
• Facilitated topic each week on common breastfeeding issues (proper latch, building supply, pumping, etc)
• Support and encouragement to maintain a healthy breastfeeding experience
• Baby scale available for infant weight check
