These group sessions are exclusively for our birth doula clients and cover a variety of topics. Partners are always welcome and refreshments will be served!
Our guest this week is Maeva de la Garza, AustinBorn's own yoga instructor.
Maeva will talk with us about the benefits of yoga for both your prenatal and postpartum body. We will also discuss how various yoga poses can be beneficial in labor, as well as other ways to make your labor more comfortable and productive. There will be time set aside to visit labor comfort stations, where you'll have a chance to try out various tools and positions that could be helpful during labor and birth.
